Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is a nutrient-rich plant oil obtained from the seeds of Oenothera biennis. It is a natural source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an essential omega-6 fatty acid that supports hormonal balance, skin health, and cardiovascular wellness.
