I. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Sample Orders: We process and arrange shipment for sample orders within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Bulk Orders: The processing time will be confirmed based on the specific product and quantity. Our sales team will communicate the estimated shipping date after you place your order.

We partner with renowned international and domestic logistics companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your raw materials, including but not limited to:DHL

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, the weight and dimensions of the shipment, and your chosen shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete the checkout process, allowing you to decide whether to finalize the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with the import regulations of your country/region before ordering.Shipping Delays
We understand but cannot be held directly liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather, or customs inspections. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking your shipment.
II. Return & Refund Policy
Given the specialized nature of the raw materials we sell, we maintain a strict Return and Refund Policy to protect the interests of both parties.
Conditions for Returns
Time Limit: You must contact us to request a return within 7 business days of receiving the goods.
Product Condition: Goods must be in their original, unopened packaging, and the packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened, subdivided, or used in any way.
Reason: Return requests will typically only be considered in cases of incorrect shipment, missing items, or products that arrived damaged during transit.
Custom or Promotional Products: All raw materials customized to your specifications, batch products, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service: If the above conditions are met, please first contact our sales team at
support@oriherb.comto explain the situation and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without prior authorization will be refused.Ship the Product: Ship the unopened product in its original packaging, along with the provided RMA number, back to our specified address.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or converted into order credit, as agreed.
Associated Fees
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect shipment), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Cost: The original shipping cost for the order is non-refundable.

Payment Terms
